Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using Twine: Couples Questions Game ("App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the App

Twine is a couples conversation card game designed for entertainment and personal relationship enrichment. You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose and in compliance with applicable laws. You must be at least 17 years old to use this App.

2. Intellectual Property

All content within the App — including questions, session names, categories, UI design, graphics, and text — is the exclusive property of the developer. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any App content without prior written permission.

3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

The App offers the following paid options:

Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.

Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, unused portions are forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

Cancellation: iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Twine → Cancel Subscription

Refunds: All refund requests are handled by Apple: support.apple.com/billing. We do not process refunds directly.

4. User-Generated Content

The App allows you to create custom question sessions stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for any content you create. We do not access, review, or store your custom sessions.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. For EU users, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply.
